Are your perfumes 100% original?
Yes. Every perfume we sell is the brand's genuine product, bought through authorised distributors and trusted suppliers. We never sell first copies or fakes. Some brands we stock (like Armaf, Lattafa, Fragrance World and Maison Alhambra) make their own perfumes inspired by famous designer scents; those are sold under their own brand name, and they are that brand's genuine product. Brands sometimes change their box design or batch codes, so your bottle may look slightly different from the photo. If you ever have a doubt about a product you received, WhatsApp us with photos and we will check it with you.
How long will delivery take?
We dispatch every order within 24 hours of confirmation (except Sundays and public holidays). After dispatch, delivery takes 3 to 5 days across India. Remote areas can take a little longer depending on the courier.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available on full bottles for orders of βΉ1,000 and above, for most pincodes in India. COD is not available on decants and partial bottles, or on orders below βΉ1,000; please pay online for those (UPI, card or net banking). A COD handling charge is added and shown at checkout before you confirm: βΉ80 on orders up to βΉ4,000, then βΉ40 more for every extra βΉ2,000 (βΉ120 up to βΉ6,000, βΉ160 up to βΉ8,000, βΉ200 up to βΉ10,000, βΉ240 up to βΉ12,000, βΉ280 up to βΉ14,000, βΉ320 up to βΉ16,000, and so on). Why does my box or bottle look different from the photo?

Scent profile is absolutely amazing! This is one of the best ever fresh fragrance you can ever experience. The only downside is its performance and lasting. After 1 hour you wont be able to smell anything and the scent vanishes like a fart in the air. I have to dig my nose into the skin and clothes like a drug addict searching for the last tiny crumb just to get the faintest little hit.
The experience has been terrible. Right out of the package, the atomizer cap was completely detached and lying loose in the box. When I tried putting it back on, it wouldn't even click into place, the juice level looks noticeably lower than what a brand-new bottle should have, and the spray mechanism itself barely works.
I recorded a full, uncut unboxing video showing all of this the exact moment I opened it. When I reached out to their WhatsApp support and shared the entire video proof, they completely dodged the issue and refused to help me with a replacement or resolution. Shipping damaged, defective stock is bad enough, but ignoring a customer who literally has video proof on camera is unacceptable. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
