1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays.

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared on your registered mobile number/email.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days across India.

Remote locations may take longer depending on courier service availability.

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to external factors.

3. Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD orders will include 2% shipping charges of the total order value.

Free Shipping Eligibility:

• Free shipping on decants above ₹2000
• Free shipping on perfumes above ₹1000

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.

4. Return-to-Origin (RTO) / Prepaid Returns

If a prepaid order is returned in transit (RTO) due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, a ₹100 deduction will be applied during refund processing.

The remaining amount (if applicable) will be refunded after verification.

5. Courier Partners

We use trusted third-party courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

Fragstalk is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Unreachable contact number
• Weather conditions or natural disruptions
  
• Courier delays or operational issues
• Public holidays or strikes
  

7. Order Tracking

Tracking details are shared after dispatch.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after shipment.

8. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be returned to us.

Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
