1. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Returns (Strict Policy)

Opened perfumes are strictly non-returnable.

No return/refund will be provided based on fragrance performance or personal liking.

Returns are only applicable in cases of:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged or unusable product (unopened condition)
• Heavy leakage during transit

3. Unboxing Video (Mandatory Proof)

A clear, continuous unboxing video from start to end is mandatory for any claim.

Video must:

• Start before opening the parcel
• Clearly show packaging and shipping label
• Be uncut and unedited
  

Issue must be shown in the same video

Split clips or edited videos will not be accepted

4. Unboxing Instruction Slip (Important)

We also include a clear instruction slip on every box, mentioning that an unboxing video is mandatory.

If the customer ignores this instruction and does not record an unboxing video:

• The query will not be entertained under any circumstances

5. Issue Reporting Time

• Any issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp
• After 3 days, claims will not be accepted
• Verification will be completed within 24–48 hours
  

6. Refund / Exchange Process

Approved claims will be processed only after product is received and verified at our end

Exchange or refund depends on inspection results

7. Condition-Based Policy

Fragstalk reserves the right to evaluate product condition and decide eligibility

Claims without proper proof will not be accepted

8. Leakage Policy

Minor leakage is not eligible for compensation

Only heavy leakage making the product unusable is eligible after verification

9. Final Decision

All decisions are subject to Fragstalk verification

Company reserves full right to approve or reject any claim
