3. Fragrance Performance Disclaimer

A clear unboxing video is compulsory for any claim.

Show all sides of the box before opening it to verify it is sealed pack

• Start before opening the parcel

7. Decants & Samples

Decants and sample fragrances are manually prepared from original perfume bottles.

Minor variations in fill level may occur due to manual handling and bottle capacity tolerance.

Decants are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched.

8. COD (Cash on Delivery)

Cash on Delivery may be available only on selected orders and pin codes.
