Authenticity
Are your perfumes 100% original?
Yes. Every perfume we sell is the brand's genuine product, bought through authorised distributors and trusted suppliers. We never sell first copies or fakes. Some brands we stock (like Armaf, Lattafa, Fragrance World and Maison Alhambra) make their own perfumes inspired by famous designer scents; those are sold under their own brand name, and they are that brand's genuine product. Brands sometimes change their box design or batch codes, so your bottle may look slightly different from the photo. If you ever have a doubt about a product you received, WhatsApp us with photos and we will check it with you.
Decants & Partials
What is a decant?
A decant is 10ml of the exact same perfume, transferred by us from an original full bottle into a small glass spray bottle. It is not diluted or mixed with anything. It is the easiest way to wear an expensive perfume for a few weeks, on your own skin and in your own weather, before you spend on the full bottle.
Is the decant the same perfume as the full bottle?
Yes, 100%. We fill decants from the same original bottles we sell, using clean, dedicated equipment for each perfume so scents never mix. Same perfume, same strength, just a smaller quantity. Because decants are filled by hand, the fill level can vary very slightly.
What is a partial bottle?
A partial is the original retail bottle that we used to fill decants, with the rest of the perfume still inside. It comes with full presentation: the original bottle and its original box. The size option (for example 60ml, 70ml, 80ml) tells you how much perfume is left in that bottle, and it is priced by the ml. Most partials are one-of-a-kind, so once a size is sold it is gone.
How do you make sure the partial size (ml left) is correct?
We track the ml of every opened bottle at Fragstalk. Each time we fill a decant from a bottle, we mark it by hand on that bottle's box, and we update the live size on the website straight away. For example, if the box says '10ml x 3', we have taken 3 decants of 10ml (30ml) from it, so a 100ml bottle is sold as a 70ml partial. You can check the marks on the box yourself when your partial arrives. Because decants are filled by hand, there can be a very small difference of a millilitre or so.
How many sprays are in a 10ml decant?
Roughly 100 to 130 sprays, depending on the spray nozzle. At 6 to 8 sprays a day, a 10ml decant lasts about 2 to 3 weeks of daily wear, which is enough to really know a perfume.
Can I carry a decant on a flight?
Yes. A 10ml decant is well under the 100ml cabin liquid limit, so it fits in your carry-on liquids bag. Check your airline's rules before you fly.
Shipping & Delivery
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders of ₹999 and above, decants included. Orders below ₹999 have a flat ₹80 shipping charge. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.
How long will delivery take?
We dispatch every order within 24 hours of confirmation (except Sundays and public holidays). After dispatch, delivery takes 3 to 5 days across India. Remote areas can take a little longer depending on the courier.
Do you deliver to my pincode / outside India?
We deliver to most pincodes across India; your pincode is checked at checkout. We currently don't ship outside India.
COD & Payment
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available on full bottles for orders of ₹1,000 and above, for most pincodes in India. COD is not available on decants and partial bottles, or on orders below ₹1,000; please pay online for those (UPI, card or net banking). A COD handling charge is added and shown at checkout before you confirm: ₹80 on orders up to ₹4,000, then ₹40 more for every extra ₹2,000 (₹120 up to ₹6,000, ₹160 up to ₹8,000, ₹200 up to ₹10,000, ₹240 up to ₹12,000, ₹280 up to ₹14,000, ₹320 up to ₹16,000, and so on). Want to skip the COD charge? Pay online. For COD orders we may call or message you to confirm the order before dispatch.
Which payment methods do you accept? Is it safe?
You can pay by UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit or credit card, net banking and wallets, plus pay-later/EMI options where shown at checkout. Payments go through secure, certified payment gateways; Fragstalk never sees or stores your card or bank details.
How do I use a coupon code?
Current offers are listed on our Offers page and on product pages under 'Available Offers'. Copy the code and apply it at checkout. Some codes work only on specific products.
Orders & Tracking
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, we send the tracking details to your registered mobile number and email. You can also check your order on our Order Status page. Courier tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating after dispatch, so please don't worry if it doesn't show movement straight away. If anything looks stuck, WhatsApp us your order number.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Because we dispatch within 24 hours, please WhatsApp us your order number as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, it can't be cancelled. Prepaid cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
Can I change my address or phone number after ordering?
Yes, if the order hasn't been dispatched yet. WhatsApp us your order number and the new details as soon as possible. After dispatch, we can't change the address.
What happens if I'm not available or refuse the delivery?
The courier usually tries again; if delivery still fails, the parcel comes back to us. Re-shipping charges may apply to send it again. For prepaid orders that return to us, ₹100 is deducted from the refund for courier costs. Refusing COD orders may lead to COD being disabled on future orders.
Returns, Damage & Refunds
Can I return a perfume if I don't like the smell?
We're sorry, but no. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfumes, decants and partials cannot be returned or exchanged, and we can't accept returns based on personal liking or how long a perfume lasts on you. That's exactly why we sell 10ml decants: try the perfume first, then buy the full bottle with confidence.
What if my order arrives damaged, leaking or wrong?
We'll make it right. Please record a clear, continuous unboxing video from before you open the parcel (showing the shipping label) until the product is visible, and WhatsApp it to us within 3 days of delivery. We verify claims within 24 to 48 hours. For a wrong product, damaged product or heavy leakage, we arrange a replacement or refund after the item is checked. A few drops around the cap or neck from transit, with the bottle still basically full, is normal and is not counted as leakage.
Why do you ask for an unboxing video?
Perfume bottles are fragile and travel through several courier hubs. A continuous video from before opening is the only fair proof for you and for us of what was inside the parcel when it arrived. With the video, we can approve genuine claims quickly. We also put a reminder slip in every box.
How long does a refund take?
Once your claim or cancellation is approved, we process your refund within 3 working days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method (your bank may take a few extra days to show it). For COD orders, we refund by UPI to the UPI ID you share with us on WhatsApp. If a prepaid order comes back to us because it couldn't be delivered (wrong address, not available, refused), ₹100 is deducted for courier charges.
Perfume Info & Care
How long will the perfume last on my skin?
It depends on the perfume and on you. Skin type, weather, how much you spray and where you spray all change how long a scent lasts, so nobody can honestly promise fixed hours. Generally Extrait and Parfum last longer than EDP, and EDP longer than EDT. For the best results, moisturise first, spray on pulse points and clothes, and don't rub. Our YouTube reviews show how each perfume really performs in Indian weather.
Why does my perfume smell weaker or different after delivery?
Two common reasons. First, perfume gets shaken and heated in transit; leaving it in a cool, dark place for a few days usually brings it back. Second, our noses get used to scents we wear often (nose blindness), so you may stop noticing it while others still can. Skin chemistry also changes how a perfume smells on different people.
What's the difference between Extrait, Parfum, EDP, EDT and Attar?
These show how concentrated the perfume oil is. Extrait de Parfum / Parfum: the most concentrated, usually the longest lasting. EDP (Eau de Parfum): strong and long lasting, the most popular. EDT (Eau de Toilette): lighter and fresher, good for daytime and hot weather. Attar: concentrated perfume oil with no alcohol, applied with a roll-on or stick, very long lasting and close to the skin.
Why does my box or bottle look different from the photo?
Brands update their packaging, bottle design and batch codes from time to time, so the product you receive can look a little different from the photo while being the same genuine perfume. Product photos are for reference.
How should I store my perfume?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, with the cap on. Avoid the bathroom, car dashboard and window sills, as heat and light break down perfume faster. Stored well, most perfumes last for years.
Is perfume safe for sensitive skin?
Most people can wear perfume without problems, but some ingredients can irritate sensitive skin. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, do a patch test on your wrist first, or spray on clothes instead of skin.
Which perfume should I buy? Can you suggest one?
Tell us on WhatsApp what you like (fresh, sweet, woody, oud), your budget, and where you'll wear it (office, college, dates, summer, winter), and we'll suggest a few options. You can also watch our YouTube reviews, use the notes and occasion filters on the site, or start with 2 to 3 decants to find your favourite.
