In order to process a return or an exchange only in case of damage or wrong product delivery ( Note: Full Unboxing video proof must be needed otherwise return or exchange will not be provided ) please contact us for a return authorization.
We accepts returns and exchanges within 5 DAYS of delivery. The returned items must be received in new, unused condition. If the product is open or used it will not be returned. We also need video from the delivery boy handover till unboxing in case of damage or mismatch product is claimed.
If your Prepaid order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it, ₹100 will be deducted from your refund or Exchange.
If a Prepaid order has not been shipped and you request a refund, a 2% transaction fee will be deducted from the total order value
If you’ve paid the ₹150 COD confirmation amount and choose not to accept your order, or if it is returned for any reason, the ₹150 will be Non-refundable
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer easy returns & exchanges on all orders only in case of damage or wrong product delivery . To return an item, please contact us with Full Unboxing Video. It should be continuous without any cuts or edits and we will generate a return authorization for you. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. To complete an exchange, place a new order for the item you would like. Please contact us with your order number and we will create a return authorization for your previous item.
🔁 Return & Replacement Policy
We take utmost care to ensure your orders are delivered safely. However, in the rare event of damage or leakage during transit, we do offer return or replacement — subject to the following conditions:
✅ Covered Under Return/Replacement:

Severe physical damage to the product — such as broken bottles, shattered caps, or heavily damaged packaging.

Major leakage, where a significant amount of perfume has spilled and the bottle is almost empty.
❌ Not Covered Under Return/Replacement:

Minor scratches or superficial marks on the perfume bottle or cap, which are purely cosmetic and do not affect the usage of the product. Usually Minor scratch may happen due to transit process.

Slight leakage due to transit pressure — such as a few drops around the cap or mild dampness — is considered normal and not eligible for return or replacement.
🕒 Timeframe to Report an Issue: Please report any eligible return or replacement request within 24 hours of receiving the product. Kindly include a full clear unboxing video and photos as proof.
REFUNDS

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If the order has already shipped, we would be unable to stop the package.
