Refund and return will only apply if the product got damaged or the wrong product was delivered during shipping. Make a video while opening every purchase it was the only proof that you have got damaged or the wrong item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a video during box opening.
Please do not send your purchase back until we confirm.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
If you’ve paid the ₹99 COD confirmation amount and choose not to accept your order, or if it is returned for any reason, the ₹99 will be Non-refundable
Refunds
we make refunds if the product got damaged in transit or you have paid but the product is not available we refund the full amount.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges if the product is been delivered.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
